Q. What is the typical turn around time for orders?
Most orders are shipped within 20-25 days.
Q. Where do you ship from?
Printing is done in Montreal, Canada. There is also have logistic facilities within New York state. Orders shipped to Canadian customers are shipped from Montreal, and to US customers from New York state. No importation fees or any local tax for US customers.
Q. Is shipping really free and do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping is always free. Unmounted canvas roll prints and paper prints are shipped worldwide in a strong tube. For framed products, I only ship to the USA and Canada.
Q. Do you offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico ?
I do ship via AIR shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, however, FREE SHIPPING only includes ground service. Shipping to these locations requires an upgrade to AIR Express service and the cost is variable based on the size of the package. Please email me for the exact cost.
Q. How to track my order online?
A tracking link is sent to you upon shipment. Follow each step of the delivery of your artwork until it is received.
Q. Can I send a print as a gift directly to a loved one?
Yes, you only need to provide the recipient’s address at the time of ordering. You can even attach a personalized message.
Q. What kind of Canvas material are you using?
Canvas prints are output on a 410g/m2 fine art Matte Canvas, with a Poly cotton blend, 70% cotton and 30% polyester to provide the best strength and pure white color.
